What is Magfahren®？
Magfahren®is the total brand name of the Matsumoto Giken’s ESD Countermeasure Products, which can be proudly sent out to the World as a globally integrated grade.
There are two types available in Magfahren®, Coating type(MG[mag] Coat®) to provide Conductivity by applying Special Coating on the surface of existing products and Volume Conductive type which plastic resin itself has been inherently made Conductive.

- ● It can also cope with Silicone-free requirements.
- ●Magfahren®Products bear MG[mag] sticker with our original design of symbol of ESD safe products.
The stickers are also made Conductive with surface resistant value of 107～9[Ω] which can be used safely and securely.
Coating Type (MG[mag]Coat®）
- ・MG[mag]Coat® is the unique technology to apply ESD protective coating on the surface of Plastic resins such as ABS, Acrylics, Polycarbonate etc. as well as Metals.
- ・Through our original and distinctive integrated technology, we arrange various types of conductive materials in order to achieve not only the stable and unchanging performance on ESD protection but moreover the excellent bonding strength as well as durability which allows long lasting use.
- ・Since MG[mag]Coat® can be applied on the existing finished products/tools including pens, files and such devices as keyboards it can also be applied on the products/tools or equipments which are currently used in your production lines.
- ・Moreover, applying coating on the surface of Metals which is conductive provides adequate resistant value effective to prevent unwanted charges by excess electricity.
Volume Conductive type
Since the plastic resin itself has been made Conductive, it is effective in protections from Friction charges, Separation charges and moreover Inducing charges for which concerns from the industry has been increasing.
It is available in various forms such as Clear Film, Binder, Tube, Electric Cable etc...
